Our goal is for all of us–Beautifully Equipped’s (BE’s) audience, interviewees, and the personalities of BE–to become collectively unshakeable and even more successful in our personal and professional endeavors.
BE is about finding your genius through collaboration; about being real and raw about the stories and experiences that shape each of us individually; about trusting others we share those experiences with to help us grow and problem solve; and about being solutionary to others.
We deliver these messages through podcasts and other tools developed by us and those we interview. We’re four biz women who came together, and thrive together, through the power of being in a mastermind group. Collaborating has taught us that multiple minds are better than one.Beautifully Yours – Jen, Jackie, Kate, and Jen
Jen rarely meets a stranger. She believes that there’s always something to be learned from others if you’re willing to listen. The art of listening has helped Jen to have a successful career in financial services for 10+ years. She has always demonstrated the belief if you listen to what your clients are telling you then you’re able to provide meaningful solutions. It’s only then that you’re no longer selling but being a catalyst to uncovering the solution.
Jackie loves her career path. Through podcasting, health coaching, art instruction, public speaking and writing, she helps busy professionals transform their lives, reach their goals and strengthen their resilience, leadership and communication skills. While she enjoys working one-on-one, with small teams and in a corporate setting, she also shares ideas about holistic health and well-being on a wider scale via a health column she writes, “From Jackie with Love” and through public speaking. In April 2017, she presented a TEDx Bozeman talk about how the United States can become the #1 healthiest country in the world by 2040.
Constantly stumbling towards being a polymath, Kate loves learning about how things work and tinkering with tactics and technology to cultivate resilience. She has been a professional photographer for the past 20 years, a practicing artist with national and international exhibitions and residencies, and teaches art and digital post-production at university-level education. She was the co-artistic director and photographer for Ultimate Navigation Manual by Lyle Brotherton, published by HarperCollins. She is endlessly curious, patient, and strives to maintain a beginner’s mind in a world of changing possibility.
When not podcasting, Jen is a detail-driven perfectionist hailing from 17 years of marketing strategy and management for small businesses and multi-million dollar national accounts. This work includes being part of the Effie and HSMAI award winning team for the “There’s Nothing Here” campaign. She’s also taught marketing concepts to college kids. Since collaborating with a complex team of contractors, vendors and clients is must every day, Jen believes in working hard, listening hard and giving a damn. Always.
